To officially book your session or event, don’t forget to submit your promotions form! This form helps us gather all the details we need to secure your spot and ensure everything is tailored to your session. Once submitted, we’ll follow up with the next steps to finalize your booking.

FAQ
Are the dates provided for the specials the only days you can book?
For most specials, unless specific dates are listed, you’re welcome to schedule your session on any day that works best for you. However, your session must be secured within the time frame that the special is being offered in order to take advantage of the promotion.
For example, if a special says "May 7th - June 7th" that means that the last day to contact us to book will be June 7th.
What if I do not know what to wear?
No worries at all — we completely understand how nerve-wracking sessions can be, and choosing the perfect outfit can definitely feel a bit overwhelming. Once your session is booked, feel free to reach out if you’d like help with outfit ideas! We’re also happy to check in with you and provide suggestions that will pair beautifully with your session style.
When will we get our photos?
Our regular, session return time is:
Sneak Peaks - 3-5 Days
Final Gallery - 7-`12 Days
Our event return time is:
Sneak Peaks - 5-7 Days
Final Gallery - 3-4 Weeks
How many pictures will we receive?
Each portrait session is unique and can vary depending on what’s included in your specific package. Typically, we make the most of the time available during your session or event. This means that in addition to the number of images already promised in your package, you’ll likely receive most of the quality images captured during that time in your final gallery.
Do I need to pay in full to book my session/event, or is a deposit required?
For all sessions or events, either a deposit or full payment will be required—this depends on the specific offer. The payment requirement will be clearly stated in the promotional ad. Please note that all payments, whether deposits or full payments upfront, are non-refundable.
To fully secure your session, a signed contract will also be required at the time of booking.
